The Nutrition courses not only show you step by step how to eat properly to lose weight, but they also explain what nutrients will help you improve your stamina, increase your energy level and gain all of the beneficial properties that food is naturally designed to achieve. Often, it is believed that any food is good or that certain foods in moderation is good. We want to debunk these notions by providing not only a comprehensive list of the foods that you should eat, but also the methods and techniques that you should use to prepare your meals.

Another commonly held misconception is the belief that all "fast-foods" are bad and all "health foods" are good. In this classroom, we will provide health options and the only thing you'll have to do is consistently eat the right choices and watch the weight fall off.
